I’m Dr Ruth Phillips. I work alongside educators and leaders to create purposeful learning that strengthens what people can do and what organisations can achieve. We begin with your learners and your context, identify the outcomes that matter, and look for evidence that our work is making a difference.
My approach brings together research, 30+ years in the classroom and 20 years of consulting.
