Dr Ruth Phillips is a Director and the senior consultant at Accanto Pty. Ltd. She a highly experienced consultant, trainer, educator and coach specialising in developing the potential of individuals.
Ruth has worked in many contexts professionally developing and facilitating change with executive, middle management, and staff throughout Australia in schools, government and business organisations. She has worked with middle and senior management supporting executive staff in the development of the skills in authentic leadership, effective communication and leading creative innovation teams. Ruth is still a practicing teacher with 25 years of teaching expertise as well as a consultant having more than 10 years as a consultant. In Her work she has worked with teachers across all sectors across Australia, as well as in the corporate sector.
